Founded in 1990 by former medical illustrator and current company president Margot Cooper, the company sells its medical simulation models worldwide.

Other products include carts for instruments, food service, laundry, and general purposes, as well as bedside cabinets and other accessories. The manufacturer exports to more than 70 countries, including the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. It distributes through subsidiaries located in select countries and through partnerships with third-party suppliers.
