Catholic Health Partners (CHP) is the largest health system in Ohio and the fourth largest employer in Ohio, and CHP is also one of the largest nonprofit health systems in the United States. Founded in 1986, Catholic Healthcare West is the official health care provider of the San Francisco Giants. Catholic Healthcare West (CHW) has steadily grown to become the largest private, not-for-profit health care provider in the state of California. Sponsored by six congregations of nuns, CHW operates a network of more than 40 acute-care facilities located in the Golden State and, to a lesser extent, in Arizona and Nevada. Those facilities house about 8,800 acute care beds, as well as 1,000 skilled nursing beds. CHW provides home health and hospice services through agencies in California and Nevada. It also operates emergency and specialty clinics, imaging centers, and medical labs, as well as managed care and wellness programs.

Catholic Medical Center is a 330-bed hospital serving southern New Hampshire. Services include cancer treatment, surgery, rehabilitation, treatments for sleep disorders, and emergency medical services. Catholic Medical Center includes The Mom's Place, a birthing facility, and the New England Heart Institute. The medical center has partnered with its community to extend health care and dental care to the uninsured and the homeless, and has established a health clinic geared to help refugees being resettled in the area. CMC is planning to affiliate with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, which would provide the center with access to a physician network, as well as more specialists, and a teaching hospital.

Cedars-Sinai is known for providing the highest quality patient care that modern medicine has to offer. The 950-bed teaching and research hospital is located right where Los Angeles meets Beverly Hills and West Hollywood, and has tended to the medical needs of a number of celebrities since its inception in 1902. However, the center is also a major teaching hospital for UCLA's David Geffen School of Medicine and is engaged in some 800 research programs, in areas such as cancer, neuroscience, and genetics. Its Cedars-Sinai Medical Group is a multi-specialty physicians group consisting of about 100 doctors; the medical center is also affiliated with an Independent Physician Association with roughly 500 primary care and specialist doctors.

Centegra Health System became a "system" when two northern Illinois area hospitals -- Northern Illinois Medical Center and Memorial Medical Center -- joined forces. Today it serves residents of the greater McHenry County region through these two facilities, renamed Centegra Hospital - McHenry and Centegra Hospital - Woodstock. They offer emergency and trauma care, as well as obstetrics services. Centegra has dedicated cancer, diabetes, and heart centers and also offers rehabilitation, behavioral health, and fitness services. The community-based health system encompasses a network of primary care and specialty outpatient clinics.
