C2 Global Technologies Inc. ("C2”) is focused on licensing its patent portfolio, which includes two foundational patents in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). C2 plans to continue to realize value from its intellectual property by offering licenses to service providers, equipment companies and end-users that are using C2's patented VoIP technologies by deploying VoIP networks for phone-to-phone communications.

C2 began investing in technology-based businesses in 2007. Its most recent investments are BuddyMedia.com, Knight's Bridge Capital Partners Internet Fund No. 1 GP LLC and Polaroid Corporation. In February 2009 the Company established Counsel RB Capital LLC (“Counsel RB”). Counsel RB is owned 75% by the Company and 25% by its Co-CEO’s. It specializes in the acquisition and disposition of distressed and surplus assets throughout the United States and Canada, including industrial machinery and equipment, real estate, inventories, accounts receivable and distressed debt. In addition to purchasing various types of assets, Counsel RB also arranges traditional asset disposition services such as on-site and webcast auctions, liquidations and negotiated sales. Counsel RB commenced operations in the second quarter of 2009.
