It operates through several units and subsidiaries, including California-based PainePR, which provides public relations services targeting the Hispanic community. Cossette has offices in Canada, the US, London, and Shanghai. In late 2009, after 10 years as a publicly traded company, Cossette was taken private by Mill Road Capital.
