National Review, Inc.
The National Review was founded in 1955 by conservative commentator William F. Buckley, who hosted the weekly PBS TV show Firing Line for more than 20 years. Buckley died in 2008. Folks on the Left might find this review of the nation a bit lacking. National Review is a magazine and book publisher focusing on international and political news and opinion from a conservative Republican viewpoint. In addition to its semimonthly National Review and the online version National Review Online (NRO), the company publishes such book titles as The National Review Treasury of Classic Bedtime Stories and American Conservatism: An Encyclopedia.
