Solaglas is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the worldwide Saint-Gobain Group. Solaglas company is the largest processor, distributor, installer and repairer of glass and glass systems in the UK. Formed in 1982 following the merger of two long-established glass companies, Clark Eaton and Doulton Glass, Solaglas became part of the Saint-Gobain Group in 1990, enabling it to draw on the vast global resources of the world’s leader in building products. With over 140 years of expertise in glass and glazing – and with a turnover in excess of £150 million – Solaglas employs around 1,500 people in the UK and is organised into four primary operating divisions.
