Bull Moose Tube is quite serious about its role in the tubular market. A subsidiary of UK-based steel maker Caparo Group since 1988, the company manufactures mechanical and structural tubes and sprinkler pipe. Offering one of the largest size ranges in the industry, it makes as-welded mechanical tubes, hollow structural sections, V50 pipe, and sprinkler pipe, used in building structures, handrails, telescopes, and vehicle underbodies. Bull Moose Tube's growth caught investor notice in 2007 when SPP Capital Group offered $100 million for the company. The deal was later pulled due to market conditions.

Capps Manufacturing makes and assembles aircraft parts, including door assemblies, wings, components, and sheet metal pieces, at its 80,000 sq. ft. plant. Services include machining, roll forming, hydro forming, extrusion and skin stretch forming, component assembly, and heat treating. Customers include Boeing, Cessna, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, and other major aircraft makers. Capps differentiates itself by doing assembly work few other companies have the desire to take on. The group gets most of its sales from European customers, with the UK accounting for more than a third of the sales. Aberforth Partners controls almost 17% of the company's shares, while Hunter Hall Investment Management owns nearly 11% of Castings.

Cerro Flow Products supplies copper tubing and other flow products to the plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, and refrigeration industries. Its products include plumbing and refrigeration tubing; level wound coil for use in boilers, chillers, and space heaters; and grooved tube used in evaporators and condensers. The company is the result of the 2004 merger of Cerro Copper Tube and Cerro Copper Products, and is a part of The Marmon Group, an international conglomerate of industrial manufacturing companies, which is a part of the Berkshire Hathaway company.
