Juanita's Foods is a Mexican food maker and the world's largest manufacturer of menudo, a spicy soup made with tripe (the stomach lining of the pig or cow) and hominy (dried and boiled whole corn kernels), which is said to cure hangovers. Juanita's Foods company makes other canned and frozen traditional foods such as caldo de pollo (chicken and potatoes) and pozole (a Mexican stew), as well as dips and sauces, refrigerated entrees (chili verde, carnitas), and a variety of drink mixes. Its consumer products are available mostly in California. Juanita's Foods also makes products for use by the foodservice industry. Its brand names are Juanita's Foods and Pico Pica.
