The company processes, packages, and ships some 6 million cartons of conventional and organic apples, pears, cherries and other stone fruits every year. At Dundee, it's a done deal. Dundee Citrus Growers Association (also known as Dun-D) is a grower-owned agricultural cooperative whose farmers produce oranges, tangerines, and grapefruit. It supplies its member/farmers with processing and packing services for their citrus crops, as well as sales and marketing services through its membership in Diversified Citrus Marketing. The co-op offers more than 18 varieties of citrus products, including juice. The cooperative was founded in 1924 and represents growers who oversee more than 10,000 acres of orchards in Florida.
