Temco Service Industries, Inc.

Temco has delivered facility support services to thousands of loyal, longstanding clients, including many of the Fortune 100 companies and the largest real estate investment trusts. From its early days as a one-man window-washing business in New York City, the company has grown into an enterprise that today spans the Atlantic, with annual revenues in excess of $350 million.
Originally known as Terminal Cleaning Contractors, the company serviced passenger ship terminals along the Hudson River; CBS Radio became its first major account. Years later, Temco landed a contract with the newly completed New York World Trade Center; that led to an invitation to serve the World Trade Center being built in Brussels – and launched Temco’s European division.
