In order to facilitate easy and frequent communication with both active and passive job seekers, Glocap deployed a then-unique and proprietary email-based model whereby candidates received weekly emails specifying the various searches for which Glocap was engaged. Through circulation of these newsletters coupled with traditional research and recruiting and word of mouth, our candidate base has grown to hundreds of thousands strong.
