VisionMakers' Leadership Practices provides human resource consulting and leadership training to small to mid-sized firms in the energy, financial services, healthcare, information technology, media, manufacturing, and utility industries. Customers, from upstate New York and scattered across the US, are business owners and leaders with staffs from as little as 5 to as large as 500 people. Services include coaching, job analysis and design, and seminars. VisionMakers' Leadership Practices, Inc. was founded in 1999 by president Dennis Raup.
