College Coach
College Coach was founded in 1998 by old college roommates Michael London and Stephen Kramer to help families realize their college admissions goals.
Today, College Coach assists thousands of families each year through corporate sponsored relationships and private advising. More than 75 organizations offer College Coach to its employees as a way to retain talent and enhance productivity during a stressful and time-consuming endeavor - the ongoing education of their children. The company was recognized by The Boston Business Journal three times as one of the regions “Fastest Growing Private Companies” and by the Dave Thomas Foundation as a top 10 small employer.
On August 31st, 2006, College Coach was acquired by Bright Horizons, the world leader in strategic work/life solutions. Michael and Stephen remain heavily involved with the company and currently manage the College Coach division of Bright Horizons.
Bright Horizons operates more than six hundred early care and education centers, six elementary schools, and provides back-up child care and elder care services across the US, UK, Ireland and Canada serving more than six hundred leading employers. Bright Horizons has been recognized as one of Fortune Magazine's “100 Best Companies to Work for” eight times.
