GE SeaCo Services leases SeaCells by the seashore. GE SeaCo Services is a UK subsidiary of GE SeaCo SRL group, a 50-50 joint venture between GE and Sea Containers. GE Commercial Aviation Services LLC provides primarily administrative services to its parent company, a worldwide champion in leasing marine containers. The container fleet comprises nearly a million twenty foot equivalent units (TEU) of capacity. GE SeaCo hires out to shipping companies refrigerated containers, tanks, flatracks, swapbodies (intermodal containers with enough width for two pallets, loaded side by side), and the SeaCell (overwidth containers with a standard ISO frame). GE SeaCo also operates container service depots and container making facilities globally.
