We are a growth-oriented limited partnership focused on the midstream segment of the oil and gas industry in the Gulf Coast region of the United States, primarily Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. We have a diverse portfolio of customers, operations and assets, including refinery-related plants, pipelines, storage tanks and terminals, and trucks and truck terminals. We provide services to refinery owners; oil, natural gas and CO2, producers; industrial and commercial enterprises that use CO2 and other industrial gases; and individuals and companies that use our dry-goods trucking services. Substantially all of our revenues are derived from providing services to integrated oil companies, large independent oil and gas or refinery companies, and large industrial and commercial enterprises.

Great Lakes Gas Transmission transports great amounts of natural gas -- 2.2 billion cu. ft. per day, to be exact. With a pipeline spanning 2,100 miles, the company supplies gas to major urban markets in Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and parts of southern Canada. Its customers include a number of regional natural gas transporters, local gas distributors, and energy trading firms including Alliance Energy Services, ANR Pipeline, Michigan Consolidated Gas, Northern States Power, and Sempra Energy Trading. Great Lakes Gas Transmission was founded in 1967 and is controlled by TransCanada Corp.

Gulf South Pipeline is a “web-like” interstate natural gas pipeline system that gathers gas from basins between Texas and Alabama and delivers it to on-system markets within its footprint and to off-system markets in the Northeast, Midwest and Southeast through interconnections with third-party pipelines. Gulf South is located entirely in the Gulf Coast states of Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida. Gulf South is headquartered in Houston, Texas with operational offices in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.

In the case of Gulfstream Natural Gas, the name says it all. The natural gas transportation and storage company, delivers approximately 1.25 billion cu. ft. of natural gas per day from source areas on the Gulf Coast (in East Louisiana and Mississippi) to customers in Central and Southern Florida. Its system consists of some 745 miles of pipeline (including 294 miles of pipeline in Florida and 419 miles offshore). The company boasts the largest pipeline in the Gulf of Mexico. Gulfstream Natural Gas is a joint venture between The Williams Companies and Spectra Energy.

Holly Energy Partners is having a jolly good time piping petroleum. The company transports refined petroleum products and crude oil from Holly Corporation's Navajo refinery in New Mexico and Woods Cross refinery in Utah, and Alon USA's Big Spring refinery in Texas, to customers in the southwestern US. It operates 1,330 miles of refined petroleum pipelines (including 340 miles of leased pipelines), 11 distribution terminals, one jet fuel terminal, and two truck-loading facilities used to transport gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel. Holly Corporation, the parent of the company's general partner (Holly Logistics), holds a 46% stake in Holly Energy Partners.
