APL was formed in August 1999 and completed its initial public offering in February 2000. In the Mid-Continent regions of Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Texas, APL owns and operates 9,100 miles of active gathering pipeline, eight natural gas processing plants and one treatment facility. In the Appalachian Basin, Atlas Pipeline and the Williams Companies (NYSE: WMB) formed a joint venture (Laurel Mountain Midstream, LLC) to operate the over 1,800 miles of natural gas gathering pipelines in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio and Tennessee, to which more than 7,400 wells are currently connected. The predominant source of gas that APL gathers in the Appalachian Basin is from wells operated by Atlas Energy Resources, LLC (NYSE:ATN).

Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP (NYSE: BWP) is a master limited partnership engaged through its subsidiaries in the interstate transportation and storage of natural gas. In addition to conventional onshore and offshore Gulf Coast supply sources, Boardwalk's pipelines access long-lived unconventional natural gas supply sources. Our pipelines have the flexibility to deliver to many diversified markets, including 11 interconnecting interstate pipelines that serve the Northeast and Midwest; several interconnecting interstate pipelines that serve Florida and the Southeast; and directly to local distribution companies, power plants and industrial end users within the Boardwalk footprint. Boardwalk has three subsidiaries: * Gulf South Pipeline is a “web-like” system that gathers gas from basins between Texas and Alabama and delivers it to on-system markets within its footprint and to off-system markets in the Northeast and Southeast through interconnections with third-party pipelines. * Texas Gas Transmission is a traditional “long-haul” pipeline that moves gas from Gulf Coast supply areas to more distant on-system markets in the Midwest and to off-system markets in the Northeast via interconnections with third-party pipelines. * We have also formed a third subsidiary, Gulf Crossing Pipeline Company LLC, to operate the new Gulf Crossing interstate pipeline which began operating in the first quarter of 2009. Gulf Crossing originates near Sherman, Texas and proceeds to the Perryville, Louisiana area.

Bridgeline Holdings, L.P. owns and operates natural gas intrastate pipeline and storage facilities located along Southern Louisiana and serves the Mississippi River industrial, utility, power generation and LDC marketplace between Baton Rouge and New Orleans Louisiana. With more than 1,000 miles of pipeline, over 10 billion cubic feet (Bcf) of salt dome storage capacity and 37,500 horsepower of compression, Bridgeline provides a diversified natural gas supply portfolio and transportation and storage services to the South Louisiana marketplace. The partnership provides high- and intermediate-pressure operating capabilities to provide full-service access to the interstate pipeline grid in South Louisiana and at the Henry Hub. Within near proximity of several sited LNG re-gasification terminals, Bridgeline is well positioned to play a key role in this rapidly developing marketplace.
