TBX Resources, Inc. is an independent energy company engaged in the acquisition, production and development of proven domestic reserves. TBX Resources was formed in November of 1994 by its founder, Tim Burroughs. In 2006 TBX Resources, Inc. had proved reserves of 14,953 barrels of oil and 61.6 million cu. ft. of natural gas. Texalta Petroleum Ltd. also has a working interest in a project in the Wordsworth area of Saskatchewan and also works as that project's operator.
