The Haryana Dairy Development Co-operative Federation Ltd. came into existence on April 1,1977. Its authorized share capital is Rs.2000 lacs. It was established with the primary aim to promote economic interests of the milk producers of Haryana particularly those belonging to weaker sections of the village community by procuring and processing milk into milk products and marketing thereof by itself or through its unions.

The Maharashtra Stat Co-operative Cotton Growers Marketing Federation Limited was set up in 1984 with major equity holding from the Government of Maharashtra to implement the Cotton Monopoly Scheme. MSCCGMF Ltd has been appointed as the chief agent to implement the scheme. As chief agent the federation is involved in procurement, processing, storage & sale of cotton under the scheme & is guided by the policies of the government in this respect.
