A Graduate From Indian Institute Of Handloomtechnology, Varanasi, Purushottam Has Spent The Last 12 Years Working With Diverse Artisan And Craft Communities Of Uttrakhand & Bihar. He Recognized The Pressing Need For New Grass Root Models Which Includes Providing Necessary Training, Markets And Funding Access For These Communities In Order To Make Them Vibrant For Producing Niche Products.in 2006, Intensive Capacity Building And Design Skills Up Gradation Were Provided To The Artisans, With An Emphasis On Re-positioning Their Traditional Skills Through Design-led Product Development As Per The Current Trend And Fashion. The Pilot Effort Culminated In The Launch Of Eco Tech As A Indigenous Products All Of Which Are Handmade Combined Traditional Artisan Techniques With Contemporary Design.
