This town has scenic beauty, talented pool of professionals, awesome weather and most importantly, excellent government support for companies like ours. Although commuting times are getting worse each day, but we can live with that. All these translate to a stable and happy workforce that uses its time with their families, lead/follow technology evolution and look into the business problems of our clients. Technically speaking, most of the people working with us belong to this town itself though, our HR never faced problems hiring people who don't belong here. We do enjoy working with technology geeks, who prefer peaceful surroundings for their work, than the hustle and bustle of big cities. And, this adds to our advantage.
