A1 Call Center was incorporated in 2009. It commenced the operations from a non-voice call center project of Data Analysis and Internet Research at its call center in Delhi NCR, India. We started small with 50 employees, and today we have grown to a family of 500 dedicated A1 employees. In 2010, we began voice operations and took up projects of outbound call center for Lead Generation, Up selling, Cross selling and also inbound call center for Phone Answering service and Order Processing etc. In these three years of operations, we have earned repeat clients in India owing to our immaculate performance and complete client satisfaction. We follow the best practices of the call center industry and the escalation protocol as well. We have a 24×7 work culture as we have both voice process and non-voice process ongoing simultaneously, along with IT and ITES services.
