We are a US based company and ordered approximately $80,000 worth of towels and sheets. We negotiated a deposit of approximately 40% with the balance to be paid upon delivery, which they promised in not longer than 4 months. A few months later they contacted us and said they had run into difficulties and needed approximately $7,000 more to ensure timely delivery of our product. We sent the money in good faith and then they stopped communication with us for a long while, until we started writing reviews about them on sites like this one. Now they communicate with us asking us to remove the reviews, but they have not delivered the product almost a year later, even though they have not returned our money or made delivery of the product. We believe that if you value your money you should choose another supplier. One that meets it commitments.
