I have had the misfortune of buying multiple products from the representatives of Nilfisk here in India (Eureka Forbes, and find that after sales service is pathetic because essential parts are JUST NOT available. A simple belt is not available, a roller brushes are not available. I regret having invested so much money into this brand, but cannot do anything about the WHITE ELEPHANTS either!
