GHV Ties Knot with NASSCOM and Rajan Anandan to Strengthen Indian Startup Ecosystem
After its recent collaboration with World Innovation Labs (WiL) and LetsVenture in the last quarter of 2014, Green house Ventures (GHV) has now tied the knot with NASSCOM and Google India’s MD Rajan Anandan, in its ongoing effort to further strengthen the startup ecosystem in India.
Rajan Anandan, who is already associated with NASSCOM’s 10,000 Startups initiative, will also be joining the mentor board at GHV and will also provide valuable insights and perspectives on the Indian entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Through these partnerships,10 startups every year will be getting funding with a total sum of USD 1 million, and preparation for series A funding and a growth of 10x within 12 months. The partnership will also accelerate the outcome numbers of NASSCOM 10,000 startups.
Rajat Tandon, Senior Director of NASSCOM 10000 startups, further adds, “Our partnership with GHV will accelerate startups with a comprehensive array of market research services, go-to-market assistance, funding support and educational/ networking opportunities which is utmost important in post incubation and early stage companies.”
As part of GHV’s alliance with NASSCOM, GHV will provide accelerator support to the startups shortlisted for the Program. GHV will actively participate in the start-up selection process organized by NASSCOM and then review applications for selecting entrepreneurs into its acceleration program. Moreover, it will facilitate direct interaction between NASSCOM and GHV’s startups.
Befitting portfolio companies that are part of GHV’s Accelerator Program, will also be eligible for nomination to participate in the common demo days organized by NASSCOM.
