Sebi on Friday extended the deadline till April 1 next year for implementing the risk management framework for mutual funds as well as the two-tier structure for benchmarking of certain categories of schemes.

The implementation was to come into force from January 1, 2022.

Drug firm Zydus Cadila on Friday said it has received approval from the US health regulator to market generic drug Cariprazine capsules, which are used in the treatment of schizophrenia.

The company's subsidiary has received tentative approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for Cariprazine capsules in the strengths of 1.5 mg, 3 mg and 4.5 mg, and 6 mg, the drug firm said in a statement.

The Ministry of Railways will get Rs 20,000 crore under the second tranche of the supplementary demand for grants.

This will take the allocation for the railways’ capital expenditure to more than Rs 2.35 trillion in 2021-22.

After Parliament approves the supplementary demand, the railways’ budget will go up by Rs 40,575.93 crore.
