Walmart Inc is recalling about 3,900 bottles of an aromatherapy spray due to the possible presence of a rare and sometimes fatal bacteria, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) said on Friday.

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) tested a version of the Better Homes and Gardens-branded spray and found Burkholderia pseudomallei, which causes the potentially fatal condition melioidosis.

Reliance Industries on Friday reported a 10.5 per cent rise in its retail arm's sales to Rs 45,450 crore for the quarter ended September against Rs 41,124 crore posted in the year-ago period.

Walmart-owned digital payments firm PhonePe has approached the Bombay High Court seeking an injunction to restrain its rival Resilient Innovations (BharatPe) from misusing PhonePe's registered trademarks by using and promoting the marks 'PostPe' / 'postpe'.

During the hearing, the Hon'ble Court observed that the mark PostPe adopted by Resilient Innovations is so phonetically, structurally and visually similar to PhonePe mark that he also thought that PostPe/postpe is a natural evolution of the word PhonePe and emanated from PhonePe, said PhonePe spokesperson in response to a query on Friday.

Multiplex chain operator Inox Leisure on Friday reported widening of consolidated net loss at Rs 87.66 crore for September quarter 2021-22 as its film exhibition business was impacted due to restrictions imposed after the second wave of COVID-19.

The company posted a net loss of Rs 67.83 crore for July-September period a year ago, Inox Leisure said in a BSE filing.
