Union minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Monday accused the Congress and its leader P Chidambaram of "speaking the same language" as used by Pakistan and claimed that the Opposition was "running away" from a discussion in Parliament on Operation Sindoor out of fear of being unmasked.

Speaking to reporters inside the Parliament complex, he said when the government is ready to discuss the issue then why is the Opposition running away from it.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday said that over 100 terrorists were eliminated in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) during a precise and swift military operation by India in May this year. Opening the debate on Operation Sindoor in the Lok Sabha, Singh told the House that the entire mission was completed in just 22 minutes.

“The entire operation was concluded within 22 minutes,” Singh said.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday raided several locations connected to Anil Ambani as part of its ongoing investigation into the Yes Bank loan fraud case. ED's action comes after State Bank of India (SBI) decided to classify telecom company Reliance Communications as 'fraud' and will report its former director, Anil Ambani, to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
