DCB Bank has lowered its fixed deposit (FD) interest rates for deposits below Rs 3 crore. The bank has decreased rates by up to 25 basis points for select tenures. The highest FD interest rate has been reduced from 8.05 per cent to 8 per cent. The revised rates are now in effect from March 5, 2025

For deposits maturing in more than 12 months up to 12 months and 10 days, the bank now offers an interest rate of 7.50 per cent.

“India is a very high tariff nation,” said US President Donald Trump while signing executive orders at the Oval Office on Thursday (local time). Trump reiterated that reciprocal tariffs on nations that impose duties on US goods will come into effect from April 2.
