The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has stayed the insolvency proceedings against RHC Holding, an entity promoted by former promoters of erstwhile Ranbaxy and Fortis Healthcare.

RHC Holding is promoted by brothers -- Shivinder Singh and Malvinder Singh.

Drone startup Garuda Aerospace has appointed cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni as the company's firm's brand ambassador, the company announced on Monday. The cricketer will also be one of their shareholders, it added.

SpiceJet has restricted 90 pilots from flying MAX aircraft, said the company in a BSE filing. This comes after the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) imposed a Rs 10-lakh fine on SpiceJet for training 737 Max aircraft pilots on a faulty simulator.

“Training being imparted by SpiceJet could have adversely affected flight safety and was nullified,” the regulator had earlier said.

India’s largest power generating company (genco) NTPC Limited has awarded multiple coal import contracts for 6.25 million tonne (MT) to Adani Enterprises at a cumulative value of Rs 6,585 crore. Tata Projects will build the national capital region’s new airport at Jewar, after outbidding the Shapoorji Pallonji Group and Larsen & Toubro for the contract. While the deal size has not been disclosed, sources pegged it at over Rs 6,000 crore.
