Ola Electric and Ather Energy will incorporate the charger price for their e-scooters within the ex-factory price and not bill it separately as an add-on as they did earlier.

The apparel market in India grew by 15 per cent during 2022-23. Shree Yogi Realcon Private Limited, a 100 per cent subsidiary of Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited has acquired a land parcel of 5,017 square meters from Tata Communications in a bidding process for Rs 76 crores.

The acquisition is intended for the residential development offering one, two and three BHK, with an estimated gross sales value of Rs 550 crores, the company said in a statement.

Tamil Nadu Finance Minister P Thiaga Rajan (PTR) said on Friday the state would lease to the Airports Authority of India (AAI) or the Centre the land needed for Coimbatore airport’s expansion, but it will not transfer ownership.

Tamil Nadu disagrees that AAI should have the right to sub-lease the land to the private sector. On Thursday, the company's board of directors approved his appointment, which will take effect on April 20. It also accepted the resignation of non-executive director K K Maheshwari from the board.

Birla had stepped down from the post of non-executive chairman of the company in August 2021 barely two months after offering his entire stake to a public sector or a domestic finance company. Birla handed over the reign to group veteran Himanshu Kapania. Ravinder Takkar took charge as non-executive chairman replacing Kapania last August.

Shares of HCL Technologies were up 3 per cent at Rs 1,073.85 on the BSE in Friday’s intra-day trade after the company reported a net profit of Rs 3,983 crore for the fourth quarter (Q4) ended March 31, 2023. The net was up 10.8 per cent year-on-year (YoY).

Sequentially, it was down 2.8 per cent.
Revenue for the quarter grew 17.7 per cent YoY at Rs 26,606 crore, although revenue growth was flat sequentially.
