US President Donald Trump said on Tuesday (IST) that he has begun working to arrange a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Trump made the announcement after he met Zelenskyy and European leaders at the White House to discuss an end to Russia's war in Ukraine.

Ahead of his meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, US President Donald Trump said late on Sunday that reclaiming Russian-occupied Crimea or Ukraine joining the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) were not options. He added that Zelenskyy had the choice to bring the war with Russia to a swift end.

JSW Steel Ltd and South Korea’s POSCO Group have signed a non-binding agreement to jointly explore setting up a 6 million tonnes per annum (MTPA) integrated steel plant in Odisha, India, through a 50:50 joint venture, the companies said in a statement on Monday.
