Sepura talks the radio talk, and walks the radio walk. One
of the top manufacturers in its industry, Sepura makes
digital commercial two-way TETRA (Terrestrial Trunked Radio)
radios used by emergency and police personnel, the military,
and transportation agencies. The radios, informally known as
walkie-talkies, are used on TETRA networks in about 90
countries, particularly in Europe, Asia, and South America.
In addition to ambulance, fire, and other emergency
responders, the company's customers include commercial users
such as Air France, Saudi Electricity Company, and Russian
Railways; all in all, the company serves more than 800
organizations. CEO Graham Matthews and other investors co-
founded Sepura in 2002.
