Formerly a shell company without operations, Duoyuan Printing today runs an offset printing equipment business that markets and sells primarily pre-press and press products, including computer-to-plate (CTP) systems and single-color and multicolor large and small format presses, to distributors throughout China. Its subsidiaries, Langfang Duoyuan and Hunan Duoyuan, handle the manufacturing. Together with its distributors, Duoyuan Printing also offers aftersales service and technical support. Duoyuan Printing filed to go public in September 2009 at an offering price of $69 million.

Duro Felguera has operations primarily in the Americas and Europe. Through its collection of subsidiaries, Duro Felguera is involved in such industries as manufacturing (furnaces, boilers, and heat exchangers), mining and materials handling (mining equipment, heavy-duty overhead cranes, and transelevators), storage (vertical and spherical storage tanks), and smelting (nonferrous metallurgy and acid regeneration). It also acts as a subcontractor for the construction of thermal, nuclear, and hydroelectric power plants.

Dynapac USA is rolling along in the compaction and paving machinery business. A division of Sweden-based Dynapac AB, its products primarily include compactors, cutters and grinders, pavers, planers, poker vibrators, rollers, rammers, and submersible pumps for use in road building and civil construction. Dynapac also offers service, spare parts, and training. Formerly a subsidiary of Metso Minerals Industries, Dynapac was taken private by Nordic investment firm Altor in 2004. Dynapac has eight production facilities in Brazil, China, France, Germany, Sweden, and the US, and has sales operations in 16 countries worldwide. Dynapac AB was purchased by Atlas Copco in 2007.
