The company’s NGL Services segment provides natural gas liquids fractionation and storage services. It operated three integrated NGL storage facilities, and had a 50% interest in an NGL fractionator located in Conway, Kansas. Williams Partners GP LLC serves as the general partner of the company. Williams Partners L.P. was founded in 2005 and is based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
