With about 3,900 miles of pipeline, Northwest can move some 3 billion cu. ft. of natural gas each day and has a storage capacity of 12.6 billion cu. ft. In 2010 parent The Williams Companies announced plans to merge Williams Pipeline Partners into Williams Partners. The Williams Companies owns a 2% general partner interest and about a 46% limited partner interest in Williams Pipeline Partners.
