ERS employs more than 1,800 professionals in five call centers, providing consumer accounts receivable management services from day one to statute. ERS is the result of the integration of several collection companies with roots in the Seattle area dating back to 1950. After being acquired by Convergent in 1999, these companies were brought together as ERS and re-located to a large, technologically advanced facility in Renton, WA. ERS also operates major call centers in Phoenix, Houston, Atlanta and Montgomery, Alabama.
