The company's Wm. Sugdens & Sons subsidiary, established in 1869, provides professional attire and accessories for almost anyone able to hold a job. ThreadNeedle is a turnkey outfitter that is able to handle all aspects of special apparel order production, from concept to delivery. Double Two, founded in 1940, makes and markets fashionable men's and women's apparel, focusing predominantly on shirts. The unit's products are distributed through retail stores. The founding Donner family owns the company.
