J.F. White Contracting
J.F. White Contracting has been at the bedrock of heavy civil construction in New England for more than 85 years. The group has civil, design/build, mechanical, electrical, and deep foundation divisions to provide a large range of engineering, construction, infrastructure, and equipment and wiring installation services. J.F. White also has a diving division that specializes in marine construction and underwater engineering. The company has worked on projects for Harvard University and was involved in building Boston's Central Artery/Tunnel project. J.F. also was tapped to rebuild the Chelsea Street Bridge -- a $125 million project funded by stimulus money. It was founded in 1924 by Joseph F. White, Sr.
