Denne Construction builds affordable housing, apartments, schools, office buildings, and other structures throughout London and in southeast England. The regional contractor focused primarily on clients in the public sector, with an emphasis on subsidized housing, public construction, education, and senior living projects. The company is part of The Leadbitter Group, which was acquired in a Bouygues-led management buyout from Dutch construction firm Heijmans in late 2010. Denne Construction traces its roots to 1803, when it specialized in building coffins (among other things).
