M+W U.S. knows the A+B+Cs of specialized architecture and engineering services. A US subsidiary of Germany's M+W Group, the company provides engineering, architecture and construction, and facilities engineering. The US arm focuses on technology-driven facilities such as clean rooms and semiconductor production plants. The firm's clients include governments, universities, and electronics and industrial companies. Until 2006, parent company (formerly M+W Zander) was a subsidiary of German technology group Jenoptik; that company sold M+W Zander to UK-based Springwater Capital, which in turn sold it to European investor VICTORY Industriebeteiligung in 2007.
