Weston Homes builds apartments and houses in the UK. The company focuses its efforts on brownfield development and urban regeneration projects throughout the country. It has about a dozen projects scattered throughout England, either currently in operation (with rented or sold units) or under development. Building industry expert Bob Weston formed Weston Homes' parent company, Weston Group Plc, in 1987. Its first development was a four-bedroom, detached house in Essex; today its building portfolio features large high-rise developments in London's Docklands region.
