Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital
Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital serves the health care needs of the Santa Clarita Valley in northern Los Angeles County. The not-for-profit community hospital houses more than 220 beds and provides general medical and surgical care, as well as trauma services (it is a Level II trauma center), outpatient services, psychiatric care, and emergency services, among other specialties. In operation since 1975, the hospital was built to serve the needs of the at-the-time unincorporated City of Santa Clara, on land donated by The Newhall Land and Farming Company.
