Genesis HealthCare System doesn't need Phil Collins on drums to give it the medical touch. The health care system consists of two acute care hospitals (Genesis-Bethesda and Genesis-Good Samaritan Hospital) in Zanesville, Ohio. The hospitals' specialty areas include oncology, cardiovascular health, orthopedics, and women's care. Genesis Healthcare System is a not-for-profit system formed in 1997 when the Bethesda and Good Samaritan hospitals merged.

Genesys Health System comprises a group of affiliated medical campuses, outpatient centers, primary care facilities, and ancillary health organizations that provide a continuum of health services to residents of Southeastern Michigan. The system includes hospital facilities, including the Genesys Regional Medical Center, and specialty care facilities for the treatment of illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, and chronic sleep disorders. Also it has facilities for behavioral and rehabilitative care. The system includes numerous outpatient diagnostic, family health, and urgent care centers; home and hospice care programs; a nursing home; and an area network of primary care physicians.

Georgetown Hospital System may be set amidst the Antebellum grace of the South, but its health care services are far from antiquated. The system on the southeast coast of South Carolina operates Georgetown Memorial Hospital, an acute-care facility with more than 130 beds, and Waccamaw Community Hospital, which operates with more than 170 beds. Georgetown Memorial Hospital features an ICU, cardiac and surgical services, labor and delivery, and a pediatric wing. Waccamaw Community Hospital, covering the northern part of the system's service area, provides 24-hour emergency services, obstetrics, and inpatient and outpatient surgery. The organization is led by CEO Bruce Bailey.

Georgetown University Hospital, part of MedStar Health, is a 609-bed acute care teaching hospital serving residents of the greater Washington, DC, area, including Maryland and Virginia. The hospital's staff of more than 1,100 physicians represents a wide range of medical specializations including cardiology, oncology, neurology/neurosurgery, and surgical transplantation. Georgetown University Hospital provides a comprehensive array of inpatient, outpatient, surgical, and rehabilitative care services. The hospital is part of a local network of affiliated primary care providers.

Gerber Memorial Health Services (GMHS) provides acute medical services for the rural county of Newaygo County, Michigan. The not-for-profit hospital, operating as Spectrum Health Gerber Memorial, has about 60 licensed beds. Services include cancer care, cardiac rehabilitation, orthopedics, surgery, emergency medicine, and women's health. It also provides general practice and home health services. GMHS was founded in 1918. GMHS was acquired by western Michigan health network Spectrum Health in 2010; GMHS had already been affiliated with Spectrum through its membership in the Spectrum Health Regional Hospital Network.
