The Hillman Companies, Inc. (Hillman) is the provider of hardware-related products and related merchandising services to retail markets in North America. The Company’s principal business is operated, through its wholly owned subsidiary, The Hillman Group, Inc. (the Hillman Group). Its Hitech Instruments unit makes gas analysis and detection instruments. The MTL Instruments Group is part of the Cooper Crouse-Hinds division of Cooper Industries.

The Pape Group, Inc. company distributes, leases, and sells construction, material handling, and forestry machinery, as well as heavy-duty trucks; it services corporate aircraft, as well. The Pape Group is the holding company for Bobcat West, Ditch Witch Northwest, Engineered Products, Flightcraft, Pape Kenworth, Pape Machinery, Pape Material Handling, and Pape Rents.
