The Lacek Group opened for business in 1993, the company scored its first triumphs among clients who could easily appreciate the strengths, benefits and rewards of loyalty marketing counsel. Airlines, hoteliers and rental car companies were the first industries to be represented on Lacek's client roster, and those companies continue to be key clients today. Growing our core competencies and our reputation for innovation, The Lacek Group soon had offices and success stories across North America as well as in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. By 1997, Neodata (subsequently acquired by EDS and reorganized as Centrobe in 1998) sought The Lacek Group's loyalty marketing expertise and the two entities developed a partnership that rounded out Neodata's customer relationship marketing offering.
By 2000, our growing one-to-one marketing savvy drew the attention of the world's leading marketing agencies and in August of that year, Ogilvy & Mather invited Lacek to join its group of agencies as a division of OgilvyOne Worldwide. Today, in partnership with Ogilvy — the world's most respected agency network — The Lacek Group continues to break new ground with loyalty solutions for travel, health sciences, retail, gaming, automotive, business-to-business, entertainment, broadcasting and a host of other categories.
