OCV's primary markets include transportation, building and construction, marine, telecommunications, and consumer goods. The company has factories in Maine and Texas. Formerly Saint-Gobain BTI, OCV was recreated when Owens Corning acquired the reinforcements and composite fabrics businesses of Compagnie de Saint-Gobain in 2007. OCV is part of Owens Corning's technical fabrics segment.
