Gefran S.p.A.company makes control systems, sensors, and instruments (indicators, inverters, timers, and solid state relays), as well as measuring systems for industrial processes such as electronics assembly and microelectronics fabrication. Its sensors measure force, pressure, humidity, and temperature; its pressure controllers and indicators are used in extrusion and injection-molding processes. Gefran also makes specialized computer systems for the rubber, plastics, food, and pharmaceutical industries. Chairman Ennio Franceschetti, along with his family, control Gefran S.p.A.

Gehl Company manufactures light-construction equipment bearing the Gehl and Mustang brand names primarily used by building contractors. Products include mini-excavators, mini-loaders, and skid steer loaders for material handling; telescopic loaders; and asphalt pavers for building sidewalks, parking lots, trails, and driveways. It has about 750 independent dealers around the globe, but most are located in North America. Gehl also offers financing to its dealers and their customers. In 2006 the company exited the agricultural machinery business. France-based MANITOU BF, previously one of Gehl's largest shareholders, acquired the company in 2008.

Gems Sensors company, which got its Gems moniker from the names of its founders Gordon Seigle and Ed Moore, is a leading global manufacturer of liquid level, flow, and pressure sensors, and solid-state relays and barriers. It designs, develops, and manufactures hundreds of products for the environmental/process controls and tool and component markets. Individual items include continuous level transmitters, float type level switches, flow switches, pressure transducers, safe relays, solenoid valves, turbine sensors, and temperature switches. Gems Sensors is a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation.
