The team was formed in 1878 and has seen a revival since the 21st century when it entered the Premier League in 2002 and won the league championship in 2007. The Baggies' 28,000-seat outdoor stadium, called The Hawthorns, was built in 1900; a E1.7 million indoor stadium called the T-Mobile Football Centre was completed in 2006. The team's kit is sponsored by T-Mobile and made by Umbro. The majority of the team's revenues are obtained from ticket sales and media broadcasts of the games.
