Orlando Sportsplex, Inc.
Orlando's RDV Sportsplex may not be as big as its theme park neighbors, but it still manages to work its own magic. The 365,000-square-foot, $60 million facility is a sprawling sports and entertainment destination that houses a fitness club, an ice-skating rink, a salon and spa, retail shops, tennis courts, restaurants, and corporate event facilities. RDV Sportsplex is also the practice facility and corporate office for the NBA's Orlando Magic. The company is a joint venture between Magic owner RDV Sports and Florida Hospital, which operates physical therapy and other medical clinics at the complex. RDV Sportsplex opened in 1998.
