Rudi's Organic Bakery, Inc.

Rudi's Organic Bakery was founded as a local bakery in Boulder, Colorado, in 1976 and began producing organic products in 1990. Rudi's Organic Bakery company is part of Charter Baking, which is owned by investment firm Charterhouse Group. Rudi's Organic Bakery produces organic artisan breads in flavors such as Country French and Tuscan Roasted Garlic and sandwich bread in low-carb and whole grain varieties. Other products include hamburger buns, hot dog rolls, and tortillas. It is launching its Rudi's Gluten Free Bakery line, with sandwich, multigrain, and cinnamon-raisin varieties, in July 2010. Its baked goods are available at supermarkets and natural food stores throughout the US.
